One-off sealed paper bids are deemed outdated and rarely achieve the best price. Selling a house has now become an exciting interactive process.
Nick Wherry
Nick has been in the business of property for over 20 years. Building his expertise and knowledge from grassroots to establishing his own consultancy and most recently as a successful developer/housebuilder. In every stage of his career, Nick has encountered the frustrations and distrust of dealing with the best and final bid process. He is one of the founders of OfferSafe which presents a modern solution to the much-maligned, traditional system used to determine the right buyer in a competitive market
George Fane
George is also a very experienced property professional having gained experience with three high profile agencies. He successfully managed a leading agency in a prime central London position where his clients were high net worth individuals and where he significantly increased the agencies profitability. George has now built a successful property consultancy business through his experience and knowledge of the property market and he is a Partner in OfferSafe.
